Do you have a difficult time getting started transcribing articles? Getting started is the largest hurdle for most, or all, article writers. Irrespective of the amount of articles we have written in the past, we appear to have trouble getting the first line out on the screen. The first thing I typically do to help to get started is to scribble out an outline for my article. The outline gives a beginning point and should make the rest of the process that much more easy. Get the outline complete and you may find that the remainder of the article writing process is much more simple and quicker.
Set aside about fifteen minutes and just write whatever comes to your brain without editing. Think about some concepts you would like to cover and write supportive points for those ideas. Review your notes and then arrange your outline. When you arrange your outline keep in mind the goal of the article. Then determinate the main points you want to cover. As you come up with more supporting material, your outline will build. After this, create an intro for every one of your sections.
At this stage you must come up with a end point. The conclusion should be sustaining of all the main points in your outline. You now should have enough content for a first draft for your article. Your revision process should be a similar process to your brainstorming. Just write without editing and do not be concerned with perfection.
Understand that nobody will be looking at your first draft. Your version will later be revised into the article which may be the final product. As you move thru this process, you will see the article forming before you. Always make reference to your outline and let it be the central point of your article. An outline doesn’t only provide a plan for your article, it gives you a jump off point to work with.
Your article outline creation capabilities will be something that you will refine with a little practice. If you continue this process, youwill be creating articles more effectively and quickly in no time.
